When we think of fall in Michigan, we think of crisp air and eating hot soups and chilis with a delicious side of cornbread. Needless to say, our family loves cornbread. We also love the spices and flavors of southern food. This cornbread recipe makes a delicious cornbread casserole that is zesty and cheesey. That reminds us of the food we have eaten during our visits down south. It is not too spicy for those who are a fan of hot food. We hope you love it!
